Ancient wisdom, held in the palm of your hand.

The Zeally Herbs Full Body Gua Sha is hand-crafted from sustainably sourced Indian Sandalwood - smooth, ergonomic, and designed to become a daily ritual you actually look forward to. Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine and used for centuries to support circulation, lymphatic movement, and whole-body vitality, this is the body tool your cleanse ritual has been missing.

Beautifully packaged in a branded cotton drawstring bag, it arrives ready to gift - to someone you love, or to yourself.

Why Body Gua Sha?

  • Lymphatic Support: Encourages lymphatic circulation - your body’s quiet, tireless detoxifier. When lymph moves well, puffiness eases and the body feels more aligned, lighter, more itself.
  • Improved Circulation: The sweeping and scraping motions increase local blood flow, delivering oxygen and nutrients to the tissues and lifting that heavy, sluggish feeling - especially in the legs, arms, belly, and back.
  • Enhanced Detoxification: Supports the movement of fluid through the tissues and helps the skin do what it’s designed to do - act as both a barrier and an elimination organ. A simple, powerful addition when you’re prioritising gut and metabolic health.
  • Nervous System Reset: Used with slow, intentional strokes and a nourishing oil, body gua sha releases tension held in the muscles and fascia, helping your body shift into a calmer, more receptive state. Because when your nervous system is constantly “on”, digestion, sleep, and recovery all suffer.

How to Use

Use daily or a few times per week - consistency matters more than frequency. After a warm shower, apply a natural body oil such as jojoba or sweet almond so the tool glides easily without tugging the skin.

Pressure should be gentle to medium - think “stimulating”, not “scraping”. Mild pinkness is normal. Pain and purple marks are not. Most strokes should travel upward, toward the heart.

  1. Feet & Legs: Begin at the soles of the feet, then work up the ankles, calves, knees, and thighs in long, slow strokes. Around 5–10 strokes per section.
  2. Hands & Arms: Start at the palms, then move up the wrists, forearms, elbows, and upper arms toward the chest. 5–10 strokes per section.
  3. Belly: Use a gentle clockwise circle over the abdomen for 30–60 seconds - keep the pressure light here. Then sweep from the lower belly upward toward the ribcage.
  4. Chest & Neck: Use very light pressure. Sweep from the chest upward toward the collarbones, then from the sides of the neck down toward the collarbones. This area is delicate - keep it soft and slow.
  5. Underarms: This area can be tender. Use light, short strokes around the armpit, then sweep toward the chest. Always gentle.
