- Where do you ship to?
We currently ship Australia-wide (and internationally soon!). All orders are processed within 2 business days.
- How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is a flat fee of $10, with free shipping orders over $100. Express options are available at checkout.
- How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
- Are your products safe to use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding?
Some products may not be suitable — we always recommend checking with your healthcare provider before use, especially with essential oils, supplements, or topical products. While every effort has been made to identify SAFE pregnancy & Lactating products.
- Are your products natural and cruelty-free?
Yes — we work with trusted suppliers who prioritise natural, ethically sourced, and cruelty-free products.
- Do you manufacture your own products?
At present we source from carefully selected suppliers, but we’re in the process of developing our own range.
- Can I return or exchange an item?
Due to the nature of skincare, supplements, and wellness products, we can only accept returns if the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrect. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- What if my item arrives damaged?
Please reach out to us with photos within 5 days from receiving it and we’ll review and provide a replacement or refund.

Love LANII was created as a space for intentional rituals of comfort and care. As a nurse and mama, I wanted to share products that support everyday wellbeing in simple, soulful ways. I also wanted to recognise the amazing small business, woman and community
